As a former professional swimmer representing my home country, Hong Kong, my mission was to commit to excellence and inspire young people to pursue their dreams. As an important member of various student organizations at UC Davis, my mission was to serve the community of Davis and facilitate local businesses to adopt new and growing technologies. As a data scientist, my mission is to utilize data science techniques to invent new technologies that will bring positive impacts to society, humanity and environment. In my current position at Locbit, my mission is to invent and develop automated systems that improve building effeciency. That means that we are inventing new ways to optimize buildings energy consumption by automatically making decisions based on data generated from sensors and IoT devices. All of these experiences have given me opportunities to grow and lead to impact.
